We evaluate what your existing solution is, or if it is not yet online, what it is planned to be. Does it work? Do you anticipate growth? Will your existing solution allow for this growth? Are there any existing significant points of failure?
recommendation
After we have a thorough understanding of what your goals, growth plans, and critical services are, we begin our in-house discussions on how to best meet your current and anticipated needs. With customers who rely heavily on a certain program module or service, we may employ outside developers from the module/program and include them on the recommendation process. This ensures that your needs are met by top experts in the field, which in some circumstances means a very limited number of people.
When we have analyzed all pertinent information and design the best solution for your needs, we will explain what it is and why. We generally provide a best-case scenario along with a number of additional options which may be slightly less robust but provide greater cost savings while minimizing downtime risk to your solution.
implementation
Once a final solution is decided on, UV Hosting installs and thoroughly tests the solution before it is placed into production. Depending on customer needs, we may implement a portion of the solution first for integration with an existing solution before moving our customer’s entire setup to the new solution.
ongoing proactive maintenance
Since UV Hosting targets a small number of customers, we are able to proactively monitor a plethora of system states. If any system states are outside of normal operating conditions, we will become aware of and proactively fix them well before any noticeable impact on performance.
